Small to medium carton orders ship via FedEx ground. For larger orders (pallets) we will get you a quote from one of our three top national carriers to insure you the best price. In the event that you wish to return an item(s) you must have a return authorization number (RAN) by call calling our toll free number 1-888-500-9528 or email us at info@americanbrochureholders.com All goods must be returned  pre paid  using your carrier within 5 days of receiving goods. Custom and printed orders are non refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, $35 minimum charge.

Damaged goods:

  Check your order carefully  BEFORE you sign for it. We take great care packaging your order however "ship happens"! You must write clearly on the waybill of evident damage before the driver leaves your location. If you have concealed damage you must contact American brochure holders within 5 days from receipt of goods to make a claim, keep all original packaging for inspection.
