FREE SHIPPING IN NORTH AMERICA (does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico).  Additional shipping charges may apply to some areas.  Customer will be contacted in such cases.  Small and medium carton orders ship via UPS ground.  Orders placed before 12:00 noon PST will ship "SAME DAY" .  Orders placed after 12:00 noon will ship the "NEXT DAY". For larger orders (pallets) we will provide a quote from one of our three top national carriers to insure the best price. In the event you wish to return an item(s) you will require a return authorization number (RAN).  Please call our toll free number 1-888-500-9528 or email us at info@americanbrochureholders.com to obtain your RAN.  All goods must be returned pre paid, using your carrier, within 5 days of receiving goods. Custom orders are non refundable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, $35 minimum charge.

Damaged goods:

Check your order carefully BEFORE you sign for it. We take great care packaging your order however "ship happens"! You must write clearly on the waybill of evident damage before the driver leaves your location. If you have concealed damage you must contact American Brochure Holders within 5 days of receipt of goods to make a claim, keep all original packaging for inspection.
